My CAS sim, Chester Tuggerston, started out quite humbly. He had only a recliner, small bathroom, phone, light and bookcase. With little to do on long, lonley nights he studied his little heart out. Good ole Chester became quite skilled in cooking and soon secured a position as a dishwasher. This, no doubt, sparked the interest of a particular townie, Melissa. They began spending a lot of time together, not seeming to mind being trapped in the narrow hallway between the recliner and the rest of his meager abode. Eventually their love grew, despite Chester getting fired. With all the extra time he asked Melissa to move in. She happily bought a swag of friends, her salary from the military, and a sweet $13,000 dowry!
They observed with keen interest as Chester's original shack was gradually expanded to accomodate more "mod-cons." Soon they had enough money for Chester to propose. Melissa jumped in to his arms with glee. Truly, it was glee. They began to plan for the happy date; setting up a buffet table, constructing a marital arch and securing a lovely wedding cake. The wedding party was a great success. Melissa looked simply radiant. All their friends clapped and cheered and enjoyed the cake. A good time was had by all.
The happy couple settled in to domestic bliss. Melissa was doing well in her career, and Chester seemed to enjoy cooking and cleaning. A very elaborate hot tub was made available from their aspiration rewards. They delighted in spending many quality moments together, which proved to be productive .. as Melissa became pregnant!
Chester proudly doted on Melissa while she took a few days off from work for the pending arrival. He was wrought with concern as Melissa crouched and panted one morning. They were both estatic to welcome their new son .. little Chet.
Chet was the center of his parents love and affection. They played and cuddled with him as much as they could. He grew to be a very happy toddler, following his stay-at-home father constantly. Melissa would come home and teach Chet to walk and tickled him to make him squeal. With all of his aspirations full, Chet would soon grow in to a child. The proud parents planned a small party and selected a cake. Chet grew in to a precotious child with a good creative streak and logical skills. Everyone had fun at the party and enjoyed cake and Chester's famous hamburgers.
Melissa continued happily in her career, working out in the pool and with music. Chester cleans anything not moving and makes lovely meals. He helps Chet with his homework and Chet boasts a B+ grade. Life will soon change for the Tuggerstons as Melissa is pregant again. Chet is very excited about the prospect of a sibling and talks to his mom's tummy all the time.
