I used to be able to select certain vertecies to delete them, or move them around, but now I can't, I did something in the settings at the top that would let me do that, but I forgot what I did. I think I messed around with the settings too much. I even tried restore defaults, but that still didn't work. I'm still unable to select specific vertices, I can only select the entire mesh, or select them in selection editor, which wont really allow me to select very fine lines. Please help me out with this problem.

Unfortunately all the links from the first site of this thread don't work, responding "Not found". Even the thread gives an PHP error:

Warning: Illegal string offset 'html' in /home/thesimsr/public_html/cache/skin_cache/cacheid_4/skin_topic.php on line 909

Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /home/thesimsr/public_html/cache/skin_cache/cacheid_4/skin_topic.php:909) in /home/thesimsr/public_html/admin/sources/classes/output/formats/html/htmlOutput.php on line 114

That error is with the header at the top of the page not rendering correctly. It does not affect how the forums work. The reason you are getting errors on the links in the first page of the thread is because that post is old, over 7 years old as a matter of fact. So it is not surprising that any links that old may no longer work correctly. Websites come and go all of the time.

There are a few links there that I may be able to salvage since they are links to topics in our forums, although they were referencing the old forums on the server we no longer use. That is another reason why you were getting the 404 error. I will try to update those links with where they are on this new server, but that will only restore just a couple of those links. I am afraid the other ones are lost for good.
