I found her this way in Pleasantview. I asked for a blind date from the matchmaker for one of my sims and paid a lot for it. Then, down drops Bella Goth!! I couldn't believe my luck so I promptly dated and romanced her and then asked her to move in. She did, but she began causing problems between my married sim who was dating her and the spouse. So I had her find her own place,:confused: but once I did that, she turned into a ghost! Then she left. Weirdness.

I had Bella in my old game, but when I uninstalled and reinstalled with Double Deluxe, I uninstalled SimPE too.
I re-downloaded Sim PE to bring back Bella, but whenever I open the Neighborhood browser and go into Pleasantview, it crashes! I will try to scroll and all of a sudden the program is not responding and I have to shut it down! The same thing happened when I tried to back up Pleasantview, it just crashed right there.
I really wanted to see Bella again :cry:

Can someone tell me if the instructions for finding Bella on page 1 of this thread still work, because I can't make sense of them. I can get to Bella in SimPE, but can't get rid of the dead token.

Never mind, I've done it.
Now I need to know why she's still showing up as an unlinked adult in simPE even though she is an elder now?
Edit: Bella is mother christmas!
That's her formalwear(she was in it because I remarried mort and bella.)

Is this Bella Goth we're talking abut? I have Uni and she's still in my Strangetown. What's so sepecial about her, may I ask?

I found Bella in Strangetown so i moved her in with a sim then moved Don Lothario to Strangetown and in her house but i found her with only Sims2 - no expansion packs, my laptop didn't like having the neighbourhoods that came with the original games when i installed Seasons because it had an extra neighbourhood, has anyone else had that problem???

I have tried this with the new SimPE edition for Apt. Life and I cannot find Bella with the other Goths. Only the still living Goths show up.

thats why ST(ST=Strangetown) bella has no memory or family she simply just another NPC Townie!

That's fine, I love explaining this.

1) Download SimPE from http://sims.ambertation.de/
2) Run SimPE once you've installed it
3) Go to Plugins and choose "Neighbourhood Browser"
4) Select "Pleasantview"
5) Under Flietypes choose "Neighborhood/Memory"
6) Choose "Neighbourhood/Memory" again under packed file
7) Let the list of wants, fears and sims run through completely
8) Choose "plugin view" along the bottom row of tabs
9) Choose Bella Goth along the left list of sims
10) Select any memories which say "I Am Dead" and press delete on the right for each one
11) Choose "commit"
12) File>Save
13) Close SimPE
13) Run The Sims 2
14) Load up Pleasantview and any household of your choice (but the Goth house makes most sense)
15) Open the cheat box by holding ctrl+shift+c
16) Type in "boolprop testingcheatsenabled true" and press enter
17) Shift+click a sim and choose Spawn then Tombstone of L and D
18) Type "boolprop testingcheatsenabled false" in the cheat box
19) Click the tombstone and choose "Add Neighbour to Family"
20) Keep pressing "more" untill you see "Bella" and choose that
21) Bella is now a playable character
22) Go into buy mode and delete the tombstone
23) Now live out your soap opera as Bella and destroy Mortimer's love life with Dina Caliente whilst she shocks Pleasantview with the revelation that she is alive after all!

When you open the neighbourhood browser, there's the option to show, or not show, townies and NPCs - have you checked to make sure it's showing them?

I brought her back and deleted all of her memories of death but, unless there is one that I am not finding she is still showing up blue in SimPE like she is dead but, she is alive and in the Goth Home and just remarried morty . What is up with this ?

I don't use SIMPE at all and after I had to reinstall my games (all EP's including Apt Life) (that's a whole other subject, lol) the first thing I did was have Mort Invite Over and then remarry Bella. Then I killed off Mort :rofl:

Bella is actually fine now - She has survived - 7 days - I deaged the kids- sent Cass to college - she broke up with the four timing jerk Don Lothario and married a nice knowledge sim named Ken that her dad approves of (they are BFF at 100/100) and her Mom adores (same as Mortimer) and they have a little girl named Lisa who looks just like Bella. Mortimer is well on his way to achieving his LTW (though he still gets a pension check which is funny since he is not longer old, and as he reached top of science career tracks which is his LTW should have already been in permaplat lazy EA), and Bella is well on her way to being a Professional Party Guest. The family has a kitten named Marigold. I am in the process of redoing the mansion and even the ghosts like the new garden. I planned originally to marry a Goth into the Dreamer family or vice verse but unless I make Alex with ACR it is not happening this generation as Darren married my CAS they had two boys and Dirk married a girl from college and has twin boys. My Bella resurrection was successful yay.

Then i got rid of him.
Now i can move people out of the lot! :rah:
