1) Please title your thread so it reflects the subject matter. "Skins are distorted", "Objects not showing up", "Crashes to desktop" are some examples. Do not title a thread simply "Help". If you are posting in this forum, it is a given that you are looking for help. ;)
2) So we can better help you, you need to be as specific as you can be about the problem, and give us as much information as possible. Tell us what you were doing when the problem happened. Is this a problem that happens all the time? Or has it just started? Does it happen at the same time, same location? Or is it random? If you are getting an error message, we need to know what that error message is. Tell us which epxansions you have, and your computer specs so we have a better idea of your game configuration and the system you are playing it on. It's very hard for us to know what is happening if we don't get the full story. The more information you can give us in your initial post, the better and quicker we can help you solve your problem. :)
3) If possible, grab a screenshot so we can see with our own eyes what the problem is. Hit the Print Screen key then paste it into a paint program and save it as a jpg to upload as an attachment to your post.
4) Posting a DxDiag report listing your computer specs is very helpful. If you do not know how to generate a DxDiag report...
Go to Start > Run and type dxdiag into the box that shows up. Then save all information as a text file and copy and paste the first section under System Information and the fourth section under Display Drivers down to the part where it mentions the date of the driver.
It should look like this:
