Love the house... Most of the lots are sand , but I am building some lots on grass and as to style the real community is very eclectic... and ranges from old victorian to ultra modern,,, to your cape cod style homes... so for this project anything really goes... the Marjority of lots need to be on sand but a few grass/wooded lots are okay... the only thing is no hills or mountains... this is on the east coast which the coastal areas are quite flat,,, unlike some of the coastal areas off oregan and washington state out west..

MyNovember competition lot was built for the community and is all ready submitted and avialable I will post some picks in this thread

Hi! Just wanted to jot a quick note to let you all know I've added this project to my "to do" list for building. I've got one almost done, it's a beach house for one Sim, or a couple, loosely based on the Robin's Nest guest house that Magnum, PI used in the TV show. I'll take some pics to post next time I'm in there.

All of your lots are very nice! Hope you all like mine!

I've got a few pics to show you. The area where the cars are parked is actually driveway from the road down. That was tricky! :rofl: It's gotten much bigger than my original vision, but most of my lots do that somehow. :huh: It's only partially furnished and absolutely no landscaping has been done yet, so it's got a ways to go until it's done. I really don't know when that will be since I'm working on several other projects right now, but I'll keep at it when I can. Hope you like it!

Wow that is a great house, can not decide which room is a my favorite, it is a toss up between the kitchen and the yellow bedroom..

Your welcome, you know by now how i love bright sharp colours, so i made some of the walls and floors myself. Its the new minisite, i cant stop making things.:P

I finished the outside of the house today!

You can see in the second pic that the livingroom doesn't even have a floor yet... :D

I hope you like it, I won't upload it until I get it furnished and ready.

Anakin, that is a wonderfull house, really love the landscaping. I can not wait to see the interior....I have three projects I am working on a a Contest house for Reflexsims, A request house, and just finished my Secret Santa gift,

so maybe I can get another lot together for BHG..

I am glad you like the house, but I must apologize as I never submitted it :(... I had every intention of doing so and as soon as I can retreive it off my old Hard drive I will submit it... ( have new computer and have not had time to transfer old Data to new computer....)

I will work on that this weekend if I have time, if not it will have to wait til after the holidays....
