I've now got ALL the Maxis families in my one neighborhood, except for Michael Bachelor - for some reason I didn't find that file. I downloaded the 5 families off the web site. The Burb family is very easy to play. The Newbie family is, IMO, the most difficult. Betty Newbie is the most difficult sim I've encountered!
