I have written many stories on different subjects and I would like to share these with other people so that I can expand and develop my skills on writing. I don’t have much experience in this but its my passion, because for me writing is a dream which elevates me to the peak of the mountain and then brings me down to the deep depths of the valley, it’s like a adventure where I have just started to explore and I know someday I will reach there. Can someone help me? Thanks!

If you want to recreate stories you've written in The Sims, "all" you need to do is this: just design the houses and create the sims themselves based on your characters. You can also build community lots based on places from your stories, which your characters go to. Then you can take pictures while you play them, upload your pictures to Photobucket or another free photo host, open a thread in this area of TSR and post your stories with illustrations from your game (the pictures you took).

I have two theme neighborhoods now which are based on my series of sci fi fantasy novels. All the sims who live in these hoods are characters from the series, and the houses are built/decorated and landscaped in accordance with their cultural dictates and the environment on their home planet (my Akaren sims live on a desert planet). Here are a couple of picture of some of my Akaren sims on their homeworld, as examples:

From the lines of a'Karijhe and a'Vhaer of the clan of Khiret:

The blacksmith Ashias i'Lhorja of the Elisd Akaren:

These are kind of old pictures -- while they still suffice as correct depictions, I've done some additional evolving of this theme since I took these. In fact, both Tajik, Lanirh and their children (the a'Karijhe family who hosted the pictured gathering) and Reaka, Olesh and their children (the a'Vhaer family visiting them in this pic) don't even live in their old houses anymore -- their lots had gotten corrupted and I had to reinstall my game and build them new houses. Also, I redecorated Ashias's blacksmith shop and now he actually sells weapons, shields and armor, which is truer to his character as originally written.

Since I'm on dialup, I'm perpetually behind on posting my sim pictures to Photobucket, so that's why I don't post a lot of pictures in here. I do have pictures I've posted in other forums (at Simblesse Oblige, where it's possible to upload your pics directly instead of having to use Photobucket or an equivalent; and also my gameplay challenge pics at Madoria's World Forum)...but, it is possible to do it. I'm just usually too busy playing (or repairing, or hot-rodding to finer tune the theme) my game to bother with uploading pictures and putting stuff together to post in here -- though I do have one or two of my Akaren community lots here at TSR, in the Building area (Show Off Your Old Town Lots, and so on).

And if you dream of being a writer, outside of The Sims, I think you'll want to join up at Authors By Design, a writing forum:
