I'm not sure I can with the amount of custom content in the whole thing--the horses came from Mod the Sims 2 (along with a lot of the other barn items), and some of the plants came from Sims4fantasy (I think that's what it's called) and I don't think they are submissable to TSR. The furniture all came from TSR, but not sure how much of it is TSRAA... I'd have to strip out the contents and then upload the bare bones structures (all the build stuff I used was TSRAA). Not sure if there'd be interest in the house and buildings alone without all the detail stuff for them.
But if anyone wants it emptied, let me know and I'll gladly strip it down and upload for you to have the fun of decorating it yourself. :)

First off, you're never out of "your league" here because there sooooo many leagues to choose from and frankly, you always work within your own abilities anyways! I have to say that I strongly admire that you strive to make all of your homes playable--I sometimes forget that factor and move furniture with a cheat that makes an object unusable (like easels can't be used at 45 degree angles).
And a tip for the image taking--I use the "Print Screen" function to capture the whole image as I'm seeing it on my monitor and then I crop the images later. Takes a bit of practice to line up the views right (and I had to get a camera mod from Mod the Sims 2 to accomplish getting close in to rooms), but it's a lot easier to work with the monitor view than the small built-in game camera shot which I could NEVER figure out where it was taking the image from in terms of all the stuff on the monitor! It takes practice, but it's not difficult at all and you'll start imagining later shots you can take as you build your houses. :D
