Does anyone want to help me build some buildings from Riverside Hospital on North Brother Island. It hasn't been used for a long time so it is rundown and overgrown with trees. I don't want the overgrown trees, broken windows or debris. I just want the general run down look of it plus all the custom content to put in it because I am horrible at that stuff. It doesn't look that difficult to build. Need more details please. The front would have to be more of an octagon than round. How many rooms, what type, for residential or apartments?

Hello everyone!
I have a lot that's incomplete. The grounds are pretty much how I want them, with the exception of the deck area. My problem is - I stink at doing house interiors that make sense and are playable, unless you're talking about a box with a roof!
For all you talented builders out there - would you be willing to take on the completion of the house and building a deck that doesn't stink? It's a 5x5 Legacy lot, no CC.(My DL folder is groaning at the seams already!) I'm looking for that massive Georgian mansion feel, on a lot that can go the distance as far as the next nine generations are concerned. I have all the EP's and SP's except Teen Style Stuff, which I'll be procuring in the next couple of weeks,
Whaddaya say, builders? Anybody ready to show off thier leet building/decorating skillz?

So you have the house built on the lot? Or you need the Georgian built? How many bedrooms?
