Since hot-linking to files on a website is considered bandwidth theft and a huge no-no on the internet, I have removed the direct link to that file. In the future, you can link to the page a file is on, but not directly to the zip file. As I said above, that is bandwidth theft and can cost that site owner extra money.
Anyhoo...That is considered to be an object so you would do with it what you do for all other objects you download. The .iff file would go into your Downloads folder just like any other object. Then when you are in your game, you'll need to check your object catalogs to find the pet. I would say it would either be in the Decorative category or the Miscellaneous category.
