Hi everyone!

I got very inspired by Jodemilo's will to have apartments in her Uni Hood.
So I build one ;), but without hacks, just by using the Mine door for dorms, instead of the AL specific door.

This building has 4 apartment units.
Each of them offers one bedroom, a kitchen & livingroom area, and of course, a bathroom.

The landlord knows how University students are poor, so he kindly included stoves, fridges, and some combo washing/drying machines, in each of the four units...isn't it great ?

The building looks old, but it is well maintained, though you'll need to raise a bit of money before considering university...those apartments don't include furnitures.

Fruit trees, garden, and a lot of space outside to enjoye fresh air.

It looks nice but could you post a overview picture of each floor. I get a better idea of layout that way.

Sure, it goes so fast on a slideshow, so here it is.

First picture is ground floor, second picture is first floor.
Each floors has 2 apartment units.

very cool. I was wondering how to go about making an apartment building for Universaties. your's answered a lot of my quiestions.

Thank you, I am glad my complex answered some of your wonderings :)
This is rather easy to build a "fake" app in Uni in fact.
It's like building a dorm, but instead of unique individual rooms...you give them a whole appartement.
instead of a community kitchen with an NPC cook..you give them their own appliances etc..

Who needs a cook ? when you can learn how to fix your own meals and prepare for adult life!
