I finally figured out how to put a lot in an 'empty' location BUT I can't figure out how to get it so it attaches (or even gets close) to the road!

No matter what I do or how I turn it etc I end up with a big gap between the lot and the road - a walkway or driveway would look terrible this way..... The Empty Lots that come with the game all but up aginst the road - with a few minor exceptions. I have turned the lots and tried to wiggle them closer - no luck.

Has anyone figured out a secret to the Lot Placement(s)?

There are A LOT of curvy roads in Twinbrook so placement is difficult without the 'not close to the road' problem

Thanks

I suspect the idea is that you don't. Twinbrooks seems to be a much more rustic neighbourhood with houses off the beaten track. They don't need to be up against a road to work, the Sim will take the nearest path from their house to the road or pavement.

This is as close as I have gotten so far.
I am guessing that the lots may snap to the grids and if the roads are not exactly on the grid there may be the gap. Or maybe this is as close as we can get.

i am having a hard time getting lots to fit anywhere, as well. Has anyone figured out a solution to this problem yet?
