I made this ms3d file that lets you convert sims 2 meshes into WSO files with the correct boneassignements.
Also have some info on how to fix the arm position.
Wanted to share this, if people are intrested?
But i cant find a thread for tutorials.

Hi!
There's a tutorial system at TSR which this would perfectly fit in. :)

How can i add screenshots and upload the file there?
@Vlana, its quite simple.
I opened a WSO file in Milkshape and renamed the bones.
You import a sims 2 mesh with unimesh import and export it as WSO file.
The vertices on the mesh have now the correct bonenames but a corrupt WSO skeleton.
You start fresh with a new WSO mesh wich has a correct skeleton, you move the skeleton a little bit then import the WSO sims 2 mesh.
Delete its skeleton and move the earlier moved one back in place.
Its done in a minute.
The arms are easy too, the forearm joint needs to be rotated 3.5 degrees
The upperarm joint 6 degrees and 45 degrees down.
You can do this in ANIM mode so all related verts will move along.
