Okay, so I got Sims 2 Double Deluxe in January, and I made this family. The Jones Family :P. My neighborhood crashed so I made my own neighborhood and made them again. So far, Kaylee and Mark have 10 kids, and expecting another one.haha. I'm gonna tell you the members of The Jones Family:

my biggest family is a blended family..I had Mortamor Goth marry Brandi Broke. he already had two kids and she had three, then they had one together.
my next biggest family is the Fancey family,(Melissa and Staphon) but they only had five kids. Mel, Steve, Lizzy, Sam and Stacie. all of them are adults and so far Sam is the only parent to be.
the Goth/Broke family is huge. but I don't think it's as big as yours.

I've been playing them for 5 years now hard to believe.:wow: :wow: Wesley's kids are 9th generation (8th generation on their mothers side) from the sim I created. I just ended up playing everyone as they would move out and start their own families. Which I actually enjoyed seeing. I even give a lot of my sims middle names, I'm weird. There were a few households where a tragedy had to happen for the simple reason that had I kept them alive I’d have so many households to visit.
Fritz and Lisa had their first child a boy named Ezra.

Yeah, play a family for long enough and you get tons of descendents. I played my Soup family for over 3 years in total, iirc, and even with changing neighbourhoods twice (only keeping a tiny subset of the sims when I did), limiting children, and doing a lot of line-breeding in the final few generations to try and cut them down to size, I had a cast of hundreds of sims over time, many descended from my original Soup character.

Listing just actual descendants/adoptees, not anyone married in, nor the non-Soup families (the Watsons had an equally impressively sized family in the end), I had, let's see:

Dang that is a lot of sims. I've had a lot of fun with them, though, over the years. As soon as I get things set up to continue them (although Strangetown is consuming my attention until that story is done) I am going to pick them up again. :)

it was a slow courtship but after that holiday she stopped taking Sorel’s calls and in time she married Steven

one little note to add Sorel & Sophie were throwing a party to celebrate Therese & Trinnette’s transition to teen(they were born the same day) Sorel wanted to invite Saffy, I thought “what harm can it do” they haven’t been together in forever hmm that’s what I thought no sooner than Saffy is in the house hadn’t had time to clap eye’s on Sorel than Sophie attacks her without warning and they had been best friends till Saffy cut herself off from them no memory of them cheating on her nothing then she attacked Steven who she had never met before but wasn’t angry or anything with Sorel. Sorel took Sophie on a second honeymoon, hence Veronique and they were happy if she did know she never let it affect there relationship

Was watching a film with Sigourney Weaver and Jenifer Love Hewitt basically a mother daughter con artists team liked the idea so I downloaded their sims

40 – Vicky Weaver moved in with her Aunts Tamara and Tosha in order to further the family’s criminal empire, engaged to a local “business man” Vance Groves owner of an import export business as well as a run down boxing club who once served time in Tiger Bay Correction facility
41 – Victor Weaver still in college sharing house with Violet Bodwin hoping to make this a more permanent arrangement upon graduation

42 - Star Buck fortune, thought she would like to run a coffee shop (coffee Challenge)
Worked her way through college as a barista thought she wanted to own Sims gone wired married Stephen who she met at college they both worked really hard squirreling every penny away for “the shop”
43 – Turkish Buck married Thomas (downtownie) they all kept working really hard finally they bought Sims Gone Wired and re named it Starbuck’s and I hated playing it so they sold it and invested the money in a florists in Tiger Bay with a small coffee shop attached developers moved in shortly afterwards and bulldozed the old sims gone wired

Additions and funnies

One of my favourite sims is Tammy Hue she was a downtown teen
Sent her to collage with the T intake she met Tarquin thought she had it made they set up the Greek house with some other friends but sometimes she could be off and cold for no reason then Tanya moved in Tarquin just went gaga Tammy realised and attacked Tarquins best friend for some reason then she went in-to total melt down now me been a bit nasty couldn’t be bothered with her drama she was a knowledge sim and I dropped her out of college she next showed up in Tiger Bay Correctional Facility where she did survive and fulfil her want to be a doctor then on one of her first nights out after she moved into her own place she gets bitten every other sim I have cured but not her she now owns a huge old mansion downtown and has lots of parties for other night owls

And there must be at least another couple of dozen who I moved up to college or into family’s or made for one purpose or another then did nothing with them

Jeez, I could never keep track of this many generations; that's why I've never done a legacy, I get bored with them. On the other hand, I have mods that allow any number of people AND animals on a lot. ON ONE LOT, at ONE TIME I had 34 people and 20something animals before I went nuts.

Hahaha, I think my PC would infarct well before that number; for weddings and big family-reunion type parties I've had 20-some beings on a lot at once, but with the amount of CC I usually run with (many GB worth!) my computer usually starts to get unstable by the mid 20s and crahes in the high 20s to low 30s. Plus I have a tendency to micro-manage my sims and I can't even begin to imagine how long it would take to get anything done with that many people in one domicile :wacko:
