I want to make custom content for the sims 3 using TSR Workshop and I was reading the tutorial when I found out that I need those plug_ins which well I don't know what they are and where to download them from since I don't how to look for them on the net.

These are the plugins you'll need: http://developer.nvi...ds_plugins.html
Just download them and shove them in Program Files/Adobe/Adobe Photoshop CS4/Plug-ins/File Formats

Good luck - I use these plugins religiously, so I can highly recommend them to you :D
EDIT: Just to make sure you know - these will allow you to open, edit and save .dds files - the texture files used by The Sims 3 and a number of other games :)
