My Sim put a lot of things up for sale in the consignment store. Money poured in. Then one day I tried to consign more stuff and the guy behind the register just shook his head no. I can't look at what I have up for sale and can't consign anything else. I tried sending her daughter to consign and he wouldn't let her either. One day a new person was behind the counter (assuming other one died) and still couldn't add items. I have no mods and I'm fully updated. I'm retired now and trying to find other options for bring in money. Any ideas why it was working before but not now?

There should be an option to "cancel Consignments" when you click on the register. You need to cancel the items that didn't sell before you are allowed to place new items for sale.

And if that does not work, replace the register and see if that works.
