So, haven't uploaded new lot pictures, due to university work. Now I got some opportunity to do so! Here we go. This is an apartment lot. The old version of NCI's city hall is seen here:

But, after a while, I decided to redesign a new city hall, since this 1st one has too many columns at the entrance. So here's the new apartment lot!

Here's the facade of the building. It's 6 levels tall (7 including the roof), with all 6 accessible.

Wonderful building! Monumentalism has always appealed to me, and I just love those columns on the exterior and the grand lobby! Wow! :rah:

This inspires me to restart my Stalinist skyscraper project with influences from the Seven Sisters in Moscow. Hmm... yesterday, I was sure I'd create a future utopia. :huh:
