i want to build a a bridge with a step down to floor level but it wont let me build a wall directly against the riser

i.e



is there a cheat that would allow me to bypass this limitation

There is a cheat: boolProp constrainFloorElevation false, but it won't be very easy. This tutorial will show some basic tricks for building split-levels, and I hope you can find a solution to your problem: http://www.thesimsre...79/split-levels
