Is possible use hair farm (plugin for 3Ds max) for hair meshing?

Sims 3 hair consists of 3D planes and textures. This is dynamic hair, something completely different and cannot be used for Sims 3 hair meshing. :--)

Everybody uses the body meshes and hair from the game itself. Then modifiying it to suits their taste.
Of course, some will use other user's modified meshes as a base..but even then, those already modified meshes also comes from the game to start with.
