lilliebou, wipe your eyes and don't despair, Here's another view of the future. Mankind has conquered global warming and become energy efficient, the population is on the up though and high rise living is a must. Solar panels adorn the rooftops and water is pumped from springs 5 miles underground, people are happier and lifestyles are good. So I built another attempt at futuristic, hope you like it. Its called Futura Apartment, pictures at Photobucket :-http://s934.photobucket.com/albums/ad181/hollybolly321/Futura%20Appartment/?albumview=slideshow

Ok I cut it short, I know
My vision of the future ... land is hard to come by (although if you look at these pictures you will think there's plenty of land everywhere, just, uh ... ignore that  ) So, land is hard to come by, people must build UP instead of OUT! Of course if you build UP, no one will want to use stairs, so I thoughtfully added elevators. I've also used solar panels for energy and of course if you don't have a yard, you'll have to do your gardening on the roof! Lot size is 10 X 15 ... the bottom floor is the garage, next floor is the kitchen/dining room with a bathroom, third floor is a living room, half bath and small deck. On the fourth floor there are two bedrooms and a bathroom ... then there's the roof! I hope you like it :P
