(And why does she always carry around that ridiculous bowl?) I have two sims. That's it. Made both at the same time. Well, one of them has no problem swimming and cooking, but the other absolutely refuses to. She waves her arms around and yells and I believe her thought bubble says that something is blocking the way, when clearly, there is nothing as the other sim doesn't have that issue. She is not tired, she is not hungry, her mood thingy is in the green. I have tried rearranging my kitchen, moving the pool stuff around, but nothing resolves the issue. Why is this happening and how can I fix it? Because it is really getting annoying.
Why won't my sim cook or swim in The Sims 3 Late Night?

Did you try this?
Quote
resetSim (full Sim name)
If your Sim somehow gets "stuck" in an interaction or somewhere around town, or if something gets stuck to it, use this Cheat. This rebuilds the entire Sim from scratch, so give it some time before re-appearing.
Example: resetSim Agnes Crumplebottom
