This is my first post on the TSR forums, so be gentle.

I've been an avid Sims fan since Sims 1. I have a passion for house plans which lends well to my Sims games as I like to build house plans that appeal to me. Recently, I found a house online which I fell in love with and wanted to build in Sims 3. However, there wasn't a floor plan provided! So after a few weeks of studying all the pictures they provided, I came up with a working floor plan in my head and then set to work on building the shell. The shell took a whole day. The rooms took a further 5-6 days. But it's now complete.

I haven't submitted a creation before on TSR so I'm going to do some reading and see what's possible if people are interested.

Wow Red, OUTSTANDING! This must have taken you a good bit of time to put together!

If you would want, you can use this link: http://www.thehousedesigners.com/ I just it the basic search and then go through the houses to see which ones I want to try to do, they have some really great houses there.

Damn.. if I had the money I'd build one of them! I've seen a few that I really like! LOL
