For uploading Lunasimslulamai objects at TSR I think you need to get her authorization. At the very end of the left colomn of her site you'll find a tab "Contacto" which you have to use to send her a message. There is a Google translator on her site in the middle the same left column which can help you. I hope this will help.

You can use the google translate this site for that site.

I and others have used items from there. I am pretty darn sure I checked before using them in my Greek world and I think the site said it was fine to use as long as they are given the credit. To be even safer, tell people what you used in the description of your lot. I did that with my Theodora nectary. I said to read the details in the title and then told downloaders what to get from the site for them to be on the lot.

Yup, it's ok to use Luna's stuff, and I even asked him to MAKE several items for me as a special request. I love Sims 3 Lulamai!!! You just have to follow creator Policies and Terms of Use. The language barrier can make this difficult sometimes, because Google's worthless when it comes to translating sometimes, lol, but to stay on the safe side, always give credit and provide a link to the item's download site. ;)

I think TSR needs to make a list of the Can and Can Nots, on the submissions page or something, pfft! So that everyone's on the same page.

If you are talking about TSR keeping a list of artists who do or do not allow their items to be used, I don't see that happening. It would have to be constantly updated as new artists emerge or leave the community, artists voluntarily change their policies for one reason or another, or artists who go to a different site which necessitates a change in policy, etc. Thinking about the thousands of Sims3 sites out there and the amount of artists that work on those sites, that would be one daunting task. ;)

Really it is the responsibility of each artist to know if the content they want to use can be uploaded or not. What I do is to keep my own list of artist policies, or if the artist has included a Read Me text file listing their policies, I keep that handy as well.

Thanks all. I always give credit of cause and tell people what to download. I do use the google translater, but I just don't wanna trust it completely. It sometimes turns the meaning completely around, like no becomes yes. I saw that once and realized from the context it was suppose to be the opposite. I think that is ... eh rather a blow ...
