Hello everyone.

I apologise if this is in the wrong place, or anything.

I would really love to learn how to make clothes meshes for my sims, but I don't have the software and stuff, (as I have a feeling what I would require is not free .)
Anyways, I was wondering there was anyone who would be interested in making this dress for me? I'm sorry the picture quality isn't too good, I was in a hurry when I drew it. (I added the pic to the bottom of the post)
