Sims 2 bodyshop question (project in creation now)

I'm in trouble. I'm recoloring a dress for the sims 2 and I have the dress black the bow green and the shoes red but now I'd like to make it look like she's wearing "socks" or "tights" how can I do that part? please advice and be polite and clear I'm new to all this. You may know but your knowledge is not MY knowledge until you verbally (or in this case written) share it with me.

Please list steps in 1 2 3 order and be extremely clear but NOT SARCASTIC I'm new not two LOL :)

the pictures are the dress so far in body shop. all I need to do if possible is as I said before the "socks" or "rights" if you will. sorry for the double pic. I'm a moron LOL
