sorry if i'm posting in the wrong area! i'd like to know if anyone has determined a specific lot in appaloosa plains as meeting the standards to begin a legacy. i know the main criteria is you must be left with only $1300 and it must be a large lot. specific lot, anyone?

I think legacy rules are flexible as far as the lot goes. The lot size in the other hoods are 64x64 and I don't think there is one in Appaloosa plains. You may have to demolish 2 lots to make a big one. The view seems to be a consideration too. As long a you're not entering a competition you can make it fit the rules as close as possible. Hope this helps.

There is a 64x64 lot in AP, it is near in the beach, somewhere near the equestrian center... I forgot the 50x50 house name that is just adjacent the lot...
