What is freckle actually ? Sorry....I'm not usually talking in english...so I don't know all the world...anyway I've done a reserch too, let see what I can end up with
But question like that ? What do you think of the hair that I found ? Because personnally a prefer my sims 2 version of the hair. It look more like him.

Freckles are small brown spots on the skin - usually in great numbers. You can get them if you've been out in the sun a lot.
I had another look at the Mod the Sims site and there's a section called 'Create'- you can find help and tutorials there (if you didn't find it already).
I think the sims 2 hair looked better too. It's a long time since I downloaded anything for sims 3, so I've forgotten who the creators are, but Ulker, who did the sims 2 hair, is creating for Sims 3, I think. New Sea does really nice hair - they've always been my favourites and they do offer some free hair on their site.
If I come across anything that looks suitable I'll come back to let you know.

I look at all the member work that you quote in your reply but didn't find nothing. Also I've sent a private message tu Ulker but I didn't have an answer yet. Anyway....as my game not working anymore I don't think I can do more...

Yeah that would'nt be cool for sure, but I've already post something on my problem and some people answer, but nothing that help me so far. But I still have hope =)

Also...there is a bug on the hair that ratsrbest suggest. When my sims took his bath he have a ponytail when he doesn't have a ponytail at all when he is dressed in any kind of way.
