When making requests, you cannot take it for granted that everyone will know who you are referring to, because they may not. People may not know who Kate Upton is by name, but as she is a model perhaps they might recognize her face if they saw it. So you need to provide pictures of the person you are requesting. Also make sure you are giving as any details as possible about how you want her to be created -- age category, what EPs/SPs you have installed, if you are open to having custom content used to make this Sim, etc. You need to give the potential artists who may not know anything about this person a good place to start so they can give you what you are looking for.
