When I go to search through custom content now, either 1 or 2 pictures load on the results page or none at all. It was working fine the day before, I'm sure it's because of the new site. I won't want to download an item I can't even see first. Hope this is fixed soon.

I am having the same problem at the first page of my sims2 downloads,

I cannot see the images for many of the downloads, and that includes subscriber downloads. To see what an download item looks like, I have to go to the old site. This image problem needs to be fixed before the old site is shut down.

The problem has been fixed, might take some time for the servers to catch up. We are working on a solution to prevent this from happening again.

its a week after your post johan and the pictures still aren't working for many of the downloads. servers should have caught up by now. i was considering a subscription, but it wouldn't make sense spending money for something that i can't see - namely sims 2 clothing.

I had the problem with a few of my sims2 previews and finally I reported each one of them. Angela answered to me that they tried but unfortunately these pics can not be recovered and I had to re upload them myself. So if the missing pics are your own it is better to fix them yourselves. If they are not, just report them. The site is working better every day, tsr does more than its best so we can give them a hand, can't we?

I've tried to 'fix' a few of my previews that were not showing up but i don't know if it's worked yet. I now see the picture on the download pages but when i click through it's the big red question mark! Hopefully it just takes a little time to update and what not.

i have this problem to when i go to look for downloads i just get the banner at the top and the rest is blank from the front page please help i love this place so much

Same problem here. Sims 2 sets clothing, first five or so pages ok, after that maybe one or two pictures will load. However the multiple ads all load fine. Hmmmmn.
