I think the site is looking amazing so far and there's bound to still be a few teething problems. Here's what I've encountered so far.

1. Some downloads are still showing images that should be viewable by submission staff only.

2. I wanted to change my site avatar but when I try to access my profile through the 'my account' tab all I get is a blank page.

3. Unable to delete inappropriate comments on my own creations. Will this option return or will we now have to use the report tab?

4. No option to clear cache on my page.

5. In My Studio I can see screenshots that I haven't marked as being published.

I'm having all of the same problems you're having. I was beginning to think it was something I wasn't doing right.

Guess we'll just have to wait until the bugs are ironed out.

It seems to me like a lot of categories have gone missing aswell as a lot of content. In the 'Objects' category, there's no categories at all, and in the 'clothes' category there's no age categories. The missing content appears to be what you would expect to find a lt of downloads for, for example, I searched TV's. Nothing appeared, if not nothing very few results. I thought I must have typed it wrong so I tried typing television and instead it just went to the objects home page. Aswell as this there are no cars, and also if you go to hairstyles, tere's a lot of females but it seems that now there is very little in male hairstyles. I don't think I like the sims resource website when it has next to no content.

Plus that I do not not have any option not to have my old sims 2 stories shown first thing in my profile.

I agree with the Account->profile blank page bug.

I'll add one :
- In my studio I also found that for all my screenshots, all the previous comments disappeared but not the voting rate. It looks like a bug no ?

I checked this with the developers. This feature is no longer available for non-admins.

Do you mean the count of comments on the browse page (we don't show that any more) or are comments completely missing from your screenshot detail pages? The second would be a bug and we'd be glad if you can link to a screenshot detail page where you previously had comments.

Can you show us an example? Our programmer didn't find anything wrong.

This must be an option that has been deleted as I can't find it on the new site now. When I uploaded a particular screenshot on the old site I left it unpublished (see pic) but it is now showing in My Studio. It's no big deal, I'd just wondered why a previously unpublished screenshot was suddenly published!

The option to have unpublished screenshots is now gone. Just delete them when you don't want to show them on the site.

sorry to say but this new version does not run good for me many times on a daily basis pages will not load aka giant lag. over all it has a fresher cleaner sleeker look to it . but if you have'nt seen me say this before i would prefer if you brought back the thankyou button i think a creator seeing some thankyou's would only help to inspire them to want to create. useing v7 or my experience here on this website the thankyou;s allways out numbered comments by a wide margin sometimes 10to1 or greater much greater.(PS:i have a top notch pc kept in very good running order and cable )

We had issues before with the forum but other than that there should be no lags.

We asked our artists and they said it meant very little to them because they couldn't see who thanked and this therefore being very non-personal. We suggest to click either the Facebook Like button now or leave a comment.

The thank you button should come back I don't know who it don't mean anything to.. but it does to me and i think others . What it means regardless of who is clicking and btw why do you need to know who it is, its not like you know who is downloading your stuff ?? is that someone downloaded your creation and sometimes even bothered to go back and click the heart to show they were happy with it. As a normal submitter you don't really get a lot of that ... you won't be exposed half as much as any lvl featured artist but what you could be happy about was that some people wanted to thank you for your creation. I don't think a comment and a heart is the same thing not at all. and the like on Facebook is certainly not the same a lot of people don't even like to use Facebook. this is just my opinion hope its all right to disagree in some points.. otherwise great site and great job.

I also think the "Thank you" button should come back. I liked to be thanked for my creations as we spend such alot of time making stuff. I am on facebook but hardly on it these days and i certainly dont publish my creations on facebook. TSR is where my sims are based not the crappy site that is facebook.

Let me be the Grinch in this little gabfest . . . re the thank you button/heart! . . . . Thank yous were important Kudos gatherers and required no actual connection to the download they were attached to . . let's be specific here . . one could hit the thank you button or click on the heart . . without ever having looked at the download it was attached to. It was therefore pretty worthless as a barometer for success or otherwise of a particular download. If it had been connected to the download process, i.e. only visible after/during a completed download, then it would have been worth having, because it would mean that the person downloading a file, had signified their goodwill and had put their hand up. Unless and until that happens, it is my opinion that that particular function is best left behind. . .
Let me stress this is my opinion, and not intended as derogatory to those whose choices are different.

Ejakubek, I'm not certain why you're having problems finding Evi. She's listed under "Featured Artists" for Sims 3, and she has a link to her minisite in her signature.

I am here for sure but I am under sims2 featured artist and probably this is why ejakubek cannot find me.
...Also I cannot read new post at my gb since the 22 of April. Probably nobody bothered since then to write to me or I just do not see new post ( I am told that I have 7 new which I do not see)
...Also, When I go to the my blogs list, the number that shows how many comments I have on each blog entry shows zero even if I have comments.
