I hope someone can help me, since i've got (now 207556) Kudos points i thought i buy a free day and i did, the points where reduced but when i go out to download subscribtion items from FA's i get an error saying i can't cause i don't have a subscribtion
I'm allready discontent with loosing all my years of saving Kudos points so i can use them to get a free day whenever i want and now i'm not able to even get one day to work.

Why can't we get codes to use our saved Kudos points for free days freely, in my case that would be over 27 days, that is not a little thing for me.

Not sure but I think you may have to download from old site, I had same issue and day expired without downloading even 1 item. In my opinion it's very unfair to remove the kudos without some form of replacement, I had over 100,000 and now they are gone.

I've tried both old ánd new both give me the same message that i'm not a subscriber.
We should be able to buy free days, from what i've read here http://www.thesimsre...tsr/post/23266/
they should be still working till three weeks from April the 3th, wich is still about 2 weeks

I agree with you it is unfair and i hope they will realize that and take other arrangements.

Jasper i opened a support ticket yesterday and they advised me to log out, clean out cookies and internet caché and then try to login again.
For me it works, but on the oldsite version only. Hope this helps you too

i've saved up for 6 years to get enough kudos to get a free 24 hour subscribers download, but now i cant find my kudos anywhere .

I think the three weeks are over by now, however that was only an estimation so you should hurry with using your Kudos.

my kudos are still in the old version, you think i could make use of them comming weekend?

If the techs consider v8 stable enough, v7 will be completely switched off. When that is I don't know.

I used my kudos too for the subscriptions days as i was told it would be added to the days i already had and i dont think this has happened. I spent months and years watching my kudos increase and now nothing. still sad about it being removed though. Was a great incentive to have. But now got to see what the incentive awards will be !
