It's been hapening for the last few days and haven't been able to fix it, I do have alot of custom files but I've always played this and haven't had any problems until now. I have been deleting the "cache" files and it's still chrasing, I also installed DirectX 9.0 but have had no luck with fixing the problem. Please help me! :(

my experiance with crashing sims2 game was a, recent download that did not download correctly in the right file and/or wrong type of game piece/object was not compatable with my game . my game kept crashing durring start up after the music intro passed . oh and could be short on memory mine was. now i careful what size i download now
