I know it's sims 2, but I was wondering if they had it for sims 3 because I play sims 3 and was wanting to know if they had that exact pose for the sims 3.

Ah, okay. That wasn't entirely clear from your original post.
I'm not sure that I've ever seen that exact pose out there, but you might try searching for "vampire poses" on My Sims 3 Blog; that would be a very good place to start looking.

I have looked for poses but I haven't found any of the ones that look like this. I really wish somebody would create this for sims 3. I am trying to recreate Bella's Transformation from the movie Breaking Dawn in sims 3 style, but I guess that won't happen since I'm pretty sure there is no pose like this.
