This is my first post to the TSR even though i have been a member for years now. normally i manage to get by on my own (although i've never been able to figure out how you guys make such amazing CC!) but this time i am officially stuck.

(sorry if this is the wrong place to post!)

I've fallen in love with a house that has recently come up for sale in my area - and would love to have a duplicate in my sims world. i tried to figure it out myself but had no luck whatsoever.... i ended up making a house that is great anyway - but i so want this one!

please see attached brochure for all the details...

i have all the EP's and stuff packs etc... and can use any CC that isnt in package form (they tend to slow my pc right down so i try and only use sims 3 packs!)

does anyone fancy giving it a go?

HI Rosie.

No not yet! its a little complicated (see the floor plan in the brochure) which is why i cant seem to figure it out myself.
