I haven't been playing the game for a long, long time and am so out of touch with everything so bear with me. :)

I would like to build another community Garden lot like the one in Twinbrook, but much smaller since it's a lot size that isn't provided in the game and I have to place a saved garden lot on a larger lot size. Is there a way to get grown living fruit and veggie plants on a lot so Sims can harvest them at any time without having a Sim plant each by seed on the lot?

Yes, you can find plants in Debug mode. (Plus, if I'm remembering right, Sims can't plant anything on a public lot anyway.)
Open your cheat window, type in "testingcheatsenabled true" and "buydebug on." You'll find the plants in the "plant/seed spawner" category.
Permanently Sunset -- closed.
An ending is just another day's beginning.

I just saw this because. I'm learning my way around the new TSR town, poking and clicking various things from open and secluded places. :P

I like this avi as it's a Mr. Potato Head to me.
I was thinking of putting googly eyes on it and luscious lips.

I still do not know how to add friends to my forum profile. :(

You need to visit the profiles of the people you want to add, and click the "add me as a friend" button at the top. :)
