I have moved this out of theSims3 Help forum, as this is not a topic about the game but rather about our website.
To submit Sims3 items for uploading, you'll need to go to the Sims3 Submissions area -- http://submissions.t...om/submissions/ . That is where you will upload the file. It also gives you some guides to what is and is not allowed when uploading.
