Hello,

I am wondering how u add stencils to a piece of clothing when there are no stencils on the clothing. I want to use the child female skirt with pockets and place stencils on the pockets, Do I make the stencil with an alpha layer and then import into the workshop or ?

yes, you make them with a alpha layer(png or dxt5 format)
At the bottom of your texture tab you can import them.
