is it possible to play the sims 1 on windows 8. if not i just play on my laptop

Yes...maybe. Just run the game as administrator. It works for me.

When I saw "Windows 8" in the title of this thread I couldn't believe they came out with ANOTHER Windows version! Are they crazy?
Um...sorry...I couldn't help myself for ranting... back to the topic!
Oh! For what it's worth I have TS1 installed on my computer which has Windows 7 and it works...but that's not Windows 8...
