Problems Installing TSR Workshop

Hey I just tried to install the TSR Workshop for the first time and it keeps giving me an error and saying that I don't have a program that is required in order to run TSR so it won't even finish installing...Anyone have any ideas? I can't figure it out...

What program does the error message say you need? We need to know that in order to help you.

it just says a program required, it doesn't say what program it is. I'm having the same problem.

Enlarging font back to default size. Please do not reduce the font size as that makes it hard for people to read. Thank you.

hm. i tried to install it, but theres only this slimthing installing e.e
i already tried to download it again, it won't work.
