I was wondering this because when I first had Sims 3 when it came out, it ran fine with my current system specs. I ended up selling Sims 3 back then and have recently picked up the Sims 3 + Pets since I've been craving playing the game again. However, I've since upgraded to Windows 7 32bit and the requirements are slightly higher.
I was thinking about reverting back to XP on my current system just for Sims 3 since it should run better, theoretically. All things being equal (system specs wise) wouldn't Sims 3 run better on XP than 7? Has anyone done this or is it a redundant idea?
XP better than Win7 for Sims 3?
