This is the first world created from the mountain beach default senario that I have been satisfied with enough to upload.
Special thanks to Simincredibles for their kind permission to put their lovely gym objects in my Gym it adds so much to the authenicity.
The world has 101 lots, All community lots have been created, I'm especially proud of my Country Club which is registered as a Sports Bar so drinks and food and be bought. There are 6 cheap (and I mean cheap) housed as starters, several houses in the next price bracket (under 30,000) however, there are lots of reasonable size empty building lots so if you are a build junkie like me you can build to your hearts content. The ocean has lots of fishing spots. Naturally there is a family park, an Equestrian Centre and a centre to train your horse.
Sorry I haven't learnt to put inhabitants in worlds yet so Edentue is uninhabited, just waiting for you to fill it up.

My appologies, I always think of the Simcredible meshes as incredible, so I inadvetantly typed Simincredible when I thanked them for the use of their Body Language Objects.
