So, I bought the Bon Voyage expansion off Amazon.. the booklet is missing, and the main issue is that when I put the disc in, it pops up asking if I want to burn the dvd...not install it. So, I tried that, and it immediately stops and pops open the drive and says there is not any burnable data... so... What do I do?

You better go to the store you got it. If the booklet is missing it seems that something is really wrong with it.

Well, I bought it on Amazon.. long story short, the guy sold me a pirated version. EA confirmed this for me. I got my money back, and ordered a new and REAL version of the game from someone else.
Needless to say, EA and Amazon are investigating the seller.
