Hey all! (although that doesn't seem to be many any more...)

It has been a long time since I posted anything on here or even uploaded anything!
I have been playing TS2 on a reduced scale over the past few years and created some lovely homes but just haven't got round to adding them on to here.

But this is about to change!

I have just uploaded Mainway Apartments which has been approved and should be ready for download on the 9th.

Mainway Apartments is town house style complex of four apartments with communal area that includes a pool, BBQ and play area.
Each apartment includes:

• Garage
  
• Separate entrance hall
  
• Large living area (each with a slightly altered layout to suit any Sim)
  
• Private balcony
  
• Kitchen with cooker, fridge and sink
  
• Two good sized bedrooms, the master includes a built in wardrobe
  
• Bathroom with shower or bath
  
• Light fixings
  
• Decorated throughout

Smoke and Burglar alarms are NOT included - it makes it a little more interesting...

Very nice apartment building! I like the exterior and different interior themes. My apartments tend to become very similar and all coloured brown.

I also went through a stage of making everything plain or different shades of neutral - as you may see from my other creations.

Colour seems to give it a little more 'life'.

I use a range of house plan websites which include multi-family designs - scour through those and I'm sure you will find something of a challenge. That's what I love about building!
