I deleted some CC (objects and clothes) that I recently downloaded, but it keeps showing up in my game. Even though it's no longer in the Launcher or in the folder on my computer. This has never happened before.
Does anyone know how I can remove those items from my game as well?

when you say that it is no longer in the launcher, do you mean that it is no longer in the downloads section, or in the installed content section?
If it is still in the downloads section, you will need to move or delete the files from the documents/electronic arts, sims 3/downloads folder. And then go to the installed content tab on the launcher and put a tick next to the items you want to delete, and then click uninstall.
If you have already done that, and they are still there, I have found sometimes that happens if the particular object/s were part of something else that was in my game, eg a house that I downloaded and installed and still have in my game. I have not found a way of deleting these items, and every time I click on them in the game, my game crashes. So I just have to remember to ignore them.

Fuggs, you need to delete your cache files to remove items that 'stick' like that.
Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\DCBackup
and
Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\DCCache
That should get rid of them and then, the next time you close the game, the cache will be rebuilt without those items.

@Degera: I just deleted both folders and am about to check my game. Thank you!

If you deleted your DC cache you have just uninstalled ALL of your CC. You will need to reinstall all now that you want in your game. At least that is the way that it worked in the past. Deleting the DC cache deletes everything or at least it did, and once deleted is gone from the game.
