If so, then you do have a small problem...
Both the simskin and cashairsimple do have diffrent settings wich could explain the diffrences.
If not, then check your specular/ambient texture
If you can not fix it you might need to switch to another shader.
The transparancy map does work on the mummy outfit but TSRW assignes both groups to the same shader.
You have to change the shader of the skinparts later in simskin then.

It is original a bottom pants i cloned and edited with s3pe to have a 2nd meshgroup for each lod.
The 2nd meshgroup i gave a new shader(one from a EP6 necklace) and linked back the tgi references.
TSRW will accept both shaders and you no longer need the tutorial.
You can do the transparancy through the transparancymap(no need for diffrent multipliers)
i set this one as a fullbody file with links to basegame swimsuit textures and basegame blanc normalmap texture.
Meshes are the nude top and nude bottom as lod1 and lod1_1
Now when viewing it in TSRW it looks like a normal outfit but ingame you will see that the bottom skin is invisible.(the bottomtexture however does show and it looks the same as the top even both use diffrent shaders.)
In your case you are forced to group all the meshparts that shows skin into group0 while the skirtpart(without legs!) you load in group1
This should work.
You still follow? lol
ill sent a pm with link to the file, its pretty exclusive.
Give me some credit if you ever upload!

When i try to duplicate the one with transparancy enabled trsw fails to display any edits you make to that duplicate.
No idea why, it looks good ingame and it generates thumbs correct.

Neither do you have to to enable the outfit for transparancy.
I should write a tut for it i guess.
