Hey all,

I have been having troubles changing my banner picture on my profile. I have scaled it to the right size and all. I click on "browse" and I find the picture on my computer, I select "Save changes". The website acts like it is loading, but then it gets rid of the image link that I browsed, and remains the same banner.

I have waited a while to see if it was just loading issues, or if it would eventually change, but it has been a few days now and still the same banner.

Anyone care to help me out? Am I missing something or is it just being a pain.

The current banner I see on your minisite is of a tiger. I cleared the site cache before checking.
If that is correct, you might try clearing your browser cookies? If it's still supposed to be something else, let us know.

I'm having the same issue. I'm trying to upload a new banner, instead of my old one, and it does not appear. Although, I am not sure what it looks like to other users.

If you just uploaded your banner (and by "just uploaded" I mean within the hour), you'll need to wait for the site cache to clear. I believe it's cleared every few hours.

If you uploaded a banner several days ago like the OP, then that's a problem. Let us know what you see, and what's actually supposed to be there.

Yes, I have tried several times to change my coloured tiger banner, so a black and white one. I have been trying for the past few days now, and to me it is still the same. May I please ask you the trouble to go on my profile again and see if it has changed to the black and white tiger. Otherwise I am stumped on what is going on.

Peskmius, I just checked your profile page and I see a banner with a black and white tiger with blue eyes.

Yes, thankyou Frisbud, I was informed that my picture HAS changed, but I just cannot see it for some odd reason.

I brought this issue up with one of the site techs, and he informed me that it's been resolved. I tried changing my banner just now and saw an immediate switch.

Please check your minisites again, and if you continue to have issues, do let us know.

Yeah for quite a while it hadn't changed for me, but then all of a sudden it was there, along with my "about me" I also changed. So all is working fine now.

Hi my problem is with my avitar, not my banner that changed straght away,
the one you see when I post is fine but the one on my mini site has the k missing off the end, and also no longer goses with my banner can you help please,

I only see the big bannar at the top, not the small avitar, i still see my old one,

I couldn't quite understand if the screenshot I posted of your profile, is what you want everyone to see?

I think I understand what you're saying. I have this same problem (right now). I just recently changed my small avitar on my TSR profile, and I still get the same old picture coming up (it's been 2 days) when I comment on another artists' creations. Although when I click on my profile myself, I have my new picture, but not when I see my comments I have left on other artists creations. I just gathered that it will eventually change for me, as I had the same problem with my banner picture.... Hopefully.

However I had to also change my picture for the forums site of TSR, via my settings, to change my picture that you are seeing right now in the left corner of this post and for me, that changed straight away. It will normally change when the site clears the cache. Otherwise trying clearing your cache on your internet browers yourself. You can google how to do that. I have tried that now, and still nothing. Although, the problem I had with my banner picture, suddenly changed out of the blue. So I gathered that was the site clearing it's cache.

My apologies if all that was just unuseful information. From my experience, it is waiting for the site to catch up to our changes we make. And because everybody is from different time zones, it will be different to each of us. So hang in there, and if it still hasn't changed for you in more than a couple more days, then contact the Support Team. That's my plan.
