Can somebody help me? I downloaded a hairstyle here and it doesn't install..

i used the sims 3 launcher for it to install but then it says, "Error: Critical System Failure"

I downloaded this hair to test it out and it installed fine for me and it shows up in the game as well.

Is your game up-to-date with patches?
