Whenever i try to start a project I get a message that pops up saying: Derived method' 'in type '(some black block with a white dot in the middle)' from assembly 'TSRWorkshop, Version=2.0.42.0, Culture=neutural, PublicKeyToken=null' cannot reduce access. I cannot do anything and have to exit out of the program. Can anybody tell me what this means and how to fix it?

P.S- I just installed it on my computer to.

This is a known error with the 2.0.42 version. The developers have fixed it in the new release (2.0.43) which is available for download now -- http://www.thesimsre...e.com/workshop/

Is it really version 2.0.43? Can you please provide a screenshot of both start screen and the error message?

hm, thats weird. Access is denied to load the SlimDX library. I dont really know why thats happening. Maybe SlimDX was installed with administrator rules and you´re running Workshop as a regular user?
You can try to copy the SlimDX.dll to the workshop installation folder? Its located in "Windows\assembly\gac_32\SlimDX" or "Windows\Microsoft.NET\assembly\gac_32\SlimDX".

I can send you a updated version of workshop, version .44 which has slimdx.dll included in the distribution. I´ll add it to dropbox.
