i have downloaded some hairs, furniture.wallpapers and tiles. but when i play the game, furniture does not appear but other things appear

Please help

Is your game fully patched? What is the base game version number it is showing? Due to changes that EA made with furniture items back in October 2011, you need to patched to at least the 1.26 base game patch to use custom content furniture.

well my patch number is 1.0.615.00107. i am unable the next patch download.

Why are you not able to patch your game? What happens when you try? Do you have the DVD version of the game or do you have a downloaded version of the game? If it is downloaded, what site did you get it from?

You would use the Game Updates section of the game launcher to download the patches. When you go in there, what does it tell you? Do you have it set for automatic updates? Does this computer have an internet connection?

Do you have the EA Download Manager on your computer that installed with the base game(this is the old way to download the game patches), or did you update to Origin at all (the new way to get the game patches)? If you do not have Origin yet, then you need to download that in order to get up to date with your game patches -- http://www.origin.com/download

i used to have it but i have re installed the game due to some reasons i have internet and i have set it to automatic updates from the start

now i have installed origin. now what should i do?

Once you have installed Origin and are signed in, bring up your game launcher and go to the Game Updates tab. That should let you download the most recent game patch.

do you mean log into the launcher.i have already signed into origin but i am unable to signed into the launcher.

You don't need to be logged into the launcher, just logged into Origin.

nothing happens even though i log into origin and go to game updates. cant click update button. it still says the game is up to date.

i have put to automatic updates and i have origin. but it is not up to date. my patch number is 1.0.615.

Sorry, but there is no help we can give you for this. I had to do some research because the version number you gave was not making sense to me. It didn't fit with the established version numbers for Sims3. In doing that research, I found out that the 1.0.615 version of the game is a pre-release copy that was circulating before the actual game was released. Since this is an illegal copy of Sims3, and we do not give help to those with illegal copies, there is nothing we can do to help.
