i renewed my subscribtion to tsr the money came out of my account on 7-2-2012 it was for 6 months and i am still blocked for subscriber content and is telling me i need to renew subscrip what am i suppose to do now.

There was a server crash over the weekend that destroyed a lot of data, including new subscriptions. Please go to our Support Center page concerning subscriptions and send the site admin a message about this problem so they can get your subscription activated.
